Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 23, 2026

Vortex Computation LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide: When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, company, email address, phone number, service of interest, and project details you choose to share.

Information collected automatically: Like most websites, we collect standard analytics data, such as pages visited, referring source, approximate location, browser, and device type, through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request
  • To operate, maintain, and improve our website and offerings
  • To understand site usage and measure the performance of our content and marketing
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

3. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how visitors use the site. They load on every page for everyone, and we do not ask first. When you send our contact form, Google Analytics records that the form was sent. What you typed in the form comes to us. The page also hands it to the Google tag with that record, but when we checked, the tag sent Google a placeholder in its place, not your answers. You can control cookies through your browser settings. For the details, see our Cookie Policy.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with these parties:

  • Google, through Google Analytics and Google Ads. Google receives your visit and the contact form record described in section 3. Because all four of Google's consent signals are set to granted, Google may also use your visit for its own purposes, including advertising and personalizing ads, under Google's own terms.
  • LinkedIn, through the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which reports your visit to LinkedIn so we can measure our LinkedIn advertising. LinkedIn handles that data under its own terms.
  • Service providers who help us run the website and our business, only as needed to provide their services to us. These include Vercel, which hosts the site and runs Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, and the service that delivers your contact form to us.
  • Anyone we are required to share it with by law.

For what Google and LinkedIn receive, see our Cookie Policy.

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided to us by contacting us at the address below. You can also opt out of non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

7. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the website after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
